Had a question - this was answered quickly / order process was simple. Delivery was on time and well communicated. I thought I had a problem with the product but on speaking with customer service it was apparent that I hadn't taken off the protective plastic. They communicated well and were respectful. Afterwards I received a follow up email to check all was ok. Pleased to see this type of service has not been lost completely.
So all positive and no negatives - well done - no problems recommending.
